GitHub has applied a fix for the earlier problem. The Vercel for GitHub integration is no longer experiencing issues as a result of this and the backlog of commits will be processed. Investigating

We are currently investigating elevated error reports of deployment creation. Existing deployments and live traffic are not affected by this issue. We will share updates as they become available.
