We are no longer experiencing impacted log delivery with the IAD1 region since we have temporarily rerouted IAD1 to the CLE1 region. We are continuing to monitor.

Update
The build backlog has been processed and all new builds are being processed immediately. Logs delivery is still impacted in the IAD1 region. Logs delivery in other regions is not impacted by this.

We have taken steps to mitigate the issue and all new builds are being processed without delay, we are currently working to process the backlog. Logs delivery is still impacted and we will share a further update when available.

We are currently investigating reports of delays for builds and the delivery of logs in the IAD1 region due to an issue with an upstream provider. We will provide a further update when available.
